1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Apex View Studios. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

Apex View Studios provides professional drone services including but not limited to:

  • Aerial photography and videography

  • Roof and building inspections

  • Real estate and property marketing

  • 360° virtual home tours

  • Event and wedding aerial coverage

  • Construction site documentation

  • FPV drone footage

All services are carried out in accordance with UK drone regulations and safety guidelines.

3. Licensing and Insurance

Our drone pilots hold valid A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC) qualifications and operate fully insured. All flights are conducted in compliance with regulations set by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via email or through our website contact form.

Payment terms may vary depending on the service provided. In most cases:

  • A deposit may be required to secure a booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or upon delivery of the final media files.

Failure to make payment may result in delayed delivery of content.

5. Weather and Flight Conditions

Drone operations are dependent on safe weather conditions. If conditions such as strong winds, heavy rain, or restricted airspace prevent safe flying, the booking may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

6. Location Restrictions

Some locations may require special permissions due to restricted airspace, proximity to airports, or local regulations. In such cases, additional time may be required to obtain flight permissions.

If a flight cannot legally take place at a requested location, we will inform the client and discuss alternative options.

7. Delivery of Media

Clients will receive their photos and videos via a secure online link or private digital gallery. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the project and editing requirements.

Typical turnaround times are between 24 hours and 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The property owner has granted permission for aerial photography.

  • The location is safe and accessible for drone operations.

  • Any necessary permissions for filming private property or events have been obtained.

9. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking by providing reasonable notice.

Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee depending on the circumstances and preparation time already invested.

10. Liability

While every effort is made to conduct operations safely, Apex View Studios cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Airspace restrictions

  • Technical issues beyond our control

  • Government or aviation authority regulations

11. Use of Media

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Apex View Studios reserves the right to use captured photos and videos for:

  • Portfolio display

  • Website and social media promotion

  • Marketing and advertising purposes

Clients may request that their media remain private.

12. Pricing

All pricing provided is subject to change depending on:

  • Location of the project

  • Size or complexity of the property or event

  • Travel requirements

  • Additional editing or services requested

A final quote will always be confirmed before work begins.
